A dental clinic you understand before you call.

The H4O Dental Life Center in Vienna-Floridsdorf combines treatment, prophylaxis, rental of treatment rooms and a patient portal in one place. The website had to organise this broad offer without oversimplifying it.

Starting point

Where the project began.

A dental clinic with an attached health centre has a problem most practices do not have: the offer is too broad to list on one page, and too much in need of explanation to leave out.

Alongside classic treatment from prophylaxis to implants there are price transparency, payment plans, a patient portal, the rental of treatment rooms to other health professions, and career and sustainability topics. Anyone who finds only half of it will think the clinic is smaller than it is.

Solution

How the presence is built.

The site structure does not follow the clinic’s organisation chart but the questions patients actually ask. The first visit, the location and the costs each get their own directly reachable entry points instead of sub-items in a list of services.

Topics that do not serve patient intake deliberately run on their own paths: the rental of treatment rooms addresses therapists, the careers page addresses applicants. Both share the brand, but not the conversion path.

Delivered
  • Information architecture along patient questions
  • Dedicated entry points for first visit, location and price transparency
  • Separate paths for patient intake, room rental and careers
  • Continuous guidance towards booking an appointment
  • Connection to the patient portal
  • Team and insurance presentation as trust anchors
Result
A presence that shows the clinic’s full spectrum and still leads to an appointment within seconds. Offers that used to get lost are now independently findable.
